Today's gamers might not remember SiN, but there was a day when this game and its developer, Ritual Entertainment, were at the king of the first person shooter heap. After nearly ten years of making games for other companies (like Counter-Strike: Condition Zero and Star Trek: Elite Force 2), they're back and finally getting to return to the game series they actually created. And with Valve's Steam as their primary form of distributing the game (don't worry, there will be a release in stores as well), SiN Episode 1: Emergence is going to be innovating the way games are funded and made.
