UK, a nation of computer buffs?  by Craig D at 14:43

The register is reporting on several recent surveys, statistics and polls and drawing the conclusion that the UK is now a nation of computer buffs. I'm not sure I agree, though it's clear that a larger part of the population is now at least computer literate.

There are now 26.8m net users (six in ten of the population) in the UK - with four in ten hooking up to broadband, according to NOP. ®
