GamersHell is the best place for anything. Find it on another webby, then just search for it on GamersHell, you get decent DL speeds and don't have to fanny about queueing

Very good game, just finished playing it. Only thing is the awkward controls... can't really be bothered to go changing it all ATM!

So sad. I've waited a long time for this game & it comes out with clunky graphics, cumbersome movement controls & just plain wierd tactic controls. I have a 7800 with a 4400X2 & I have to turn it way down. I understand it might not yet be fully optimised but the demo is meant to sell it!!

I suppose it is BF2 until at least UT2k7

81.98 on a GTX

Hey Brick, FYI: The newest Nvidia drivers are now up to 84.21. You, my friend, are quite a bit behind. Update dem drivers, buddy!

Brick: According to Nvidia's driver release notes the 81.98 drivers don't even support the 7900GTX (if that's what you're running). If you have a 7800GTX then they're supported but I would still update.

I enjoyed the demo, yea it did run pretty pants but it certainly wetted my appetite for the full game.

I have a 7800GTX & XP x64 so my drivers are different to vanilla XP. I dont tend to update gfx drivers that often unless there are any improvements to any of my games. I might try an update as I am a little behind, but I dont think it is my rig. You should check out the GRAW official forum- it is morbid on there (apart from the zealots who would say the graphics look good even if it looks like Jet Set Willy)

GRAW isn't bad but if you don't have the physics card and/or a high-end CPU it runs kinda crappy. I've got 2gb RAM, a 3700+ and a 7800GT and at 1280x1024 it runs worse than BF2 or Oblivion does. Eek! The game itself was kinda cool because it's a lot different than the old run and gun FPS. It's cool to be all stealthy and order your squad mates around but I'll let final judgement pass when the full game is released. Right now it just doesn't feel good... :/

Probably made it crap on the PC to tempt you all into buying a 360 and paying twice the price for the game.

i think you can safely say i have a high end cpu and g card and it still runs like a load of dogs arse, just down to shoddy optimising if u ask me.

Guys here's the performance scoop:

The game uses coding to specifically utilize the Ageia physics card (hence the required driver install). IF you have a high-end CPU you may be ok. Even a high-mid range CPU will choke if you don't have the physics card installed on your system. The game is simply offloading all the physics instructions onto your CPU causing your CPU to slow down and hence causing your GPU to choke for data.

Lovely piece of crap this game is without an ultra-high CPU and/or physics card. Poo.

well from what i read it disables most of the physics if u dont have that card, so i aint sure you are right there whyyouloveme. I think its just yet another in a long line of baldy coded xbox360 games, plus it was the same with a load of the previous xbox games, they want them to run like crap so that u have to buy em on the 360.

Well then you must have read that the PC version runs on a COMPLETELY different engine than the Xbox and 360 versions. ;-)

yes it does, but its still a 360 game microsoft will want to sell more on their console than on the pc, if u re-read what i said i never said it was the same version just that they make the pc versions piss poor to sell more of the console ones.

Stan you most certainly have a point. I misunderstood your statement. It's a free country so I guess they can do what they want to make more money. It's our choice not to buy the crap.

This Demo is not that impressive give me BF2 any day
