As some of may have heard there have been some rumours floating about about Carphone Warehouse offering free broadband. Well they have finally done it, and bundled upto 8mb broadband with a voice call talk plan. We can hope it can only bring good things for us customers, Price war anyone?

Customers using the phone operators' TalkTalk service will be able to make unlimited local and national calls from their home phone for £20.99 a month.

The package includes a broadband internet connection and unlimited calls to 28 European countries.

yes as i said... not free. its a good value package, but calling it free is missleading. can i have the bb woth out the phone stuff. No , so its not exactly free, just p!sses me off when people do stuff like this. they should just lable it as BB in with the price.

on a side note, you get a 40GB usage limit each month (Subject to a fair usage policy. ) and you need to pay £30 admin fees to swap providers.

+£2.49 per month for online security, the text does not say if this is mandatory or not.
