NCsoft today announced that the next City of Villains update will arive this coming April, free to all subscribers of course. Issue #7: Destiny Manifest, Featuring two new zones, Grandville and Recluse's Victory. The update will also have an improved graphics engine to show off the new costume options and power sets.
