WoW Lunar Festival Events  by Craig D at 21:18

PC
World of Warcraft It would seem that in Azeroth, the electronic equivalent of the place crack addicts go when high, they are about to begin the Lunar Festival. From January 27th until February 14th various events will occur in each capital, with firework displays in Stormwind, Thunder Bluff and Booty Bay. Also, expect to see lot's of extra NPC's and holiday related quests during this period. Great, I'll be seeing our Battlefield 2 team in about a month then.

The Lunar Festival is a time of celebration. The people of Azeroth celebrate their triumph of many thousands of years ago, when an alliance of good races (Night Elves, Tauren, and Earthen – a proto-Dwarven race) defeated a terrible evil. It is also a time of remembrance for the valor and wisdom of that ancient age.

There's a batch of festival related screenshots in our World of Warcraft gallery.

Because they are addicted to the exclusion of anything and everyone else. We'll see them when they get bored. So much for playing 2 games at once.

I coudln't care less what they play, but they are in a BF2 team and are letting the other members down because they dont play BF2.

Well it obviously is different, one is a fps that requires skill the other is basically a graphics demo that requires the player to do very litte..

you've never played it seph, so you can quit the bitching.. it's not point and click for starters.. so that proves you've never even seen it. Secondly, there is a lot of skill in it and it has battlefield 2 style gameplay with holding flags and bases etc. Thirdly.. I don't see how we're letting the team down when there's been no games to play and we've not missed the one that was played.

Because they are addicted to the exclusion of anything and everyone else : I could say that about the BF2 only rule

there is no bf2 only rule and you know it.

You let the team down by not being in anyway prepared or contributing to the community in any way

contributing to the community how ? what am I missing ? Noone was prepared.. we played a team that ONLY plays those size maps.. which we never.. we had no dedicated chopper pilot, we had no tactics for that size map... noone was repsonding to calls for backup, we were ready for a map that we never played, we had discussed nothing for tactics apart from when we joined the server.. so blaming WOW is ridiculous.
