World of Warcraft Reaches 1 Million European Customers  by Craig D at 13:05

PC
World of Warcraft Blizzard today announced that WoW had now reached the 1 million customer level in Europe, it doesn't say whether this means current subscribers or not, but even so, that's one hell of a lot of cash on a monthly basis.

"It is extremely rewarding to see so many European players enjoying World of Warcraft," said Mike Morhaime, president and cofounder of Blizzard Entertainment®. "The players have supported our belief in the European MMORPG market, and we thank them for helping us make World of Warcraft one of the most popular games in the world."

Wonder how this compares to the on-going servers/bandwidth costs they use.
