Joystiq has posted about a rumour that the next installment in the Grand Theft Auto series could be based in '90s London. Again this is just rumour and personally I think it sounds a strange route for GTA to take as it has usually kept quite an American theme and attitude. The game isn't expected until Q4 2006 so there is plenty of time for this rumour to get trashed and a whole new rumour to begin.
