Creative's Fatal1ty 1010 Gaming Mouse  by Shane L at 09:27

PC
Seems Jonathan "Fatal1ty" Wendel is branching out into the mouse market with Creative, Amped have managed to review the Fatal1ty 1010 gaming mouse.

Granted, nearly every pointing device available today contains comparable features, but only a handful of pointing devices actually claim to function as gaming mice. In some form or another, products like the Logitech MX518 and Razer Diamondback offer an alternative to the vanilla two-button mouse that has been the staple of offices for over a decade. While both of these mice show noticeable permutations such as a slightly different shape or flashy colors in comparison to their business-oriented brethren, there exists no single feature to date that truly improves your gaming experience. Enter the Fatal1ty 1010.

The second I saw that I thought of the Logitech Wingman.. seems everyone else thinks the same. I'd rather see the mousewheel placed at the tip of your middle finger and not in a position where you have to bend your finger up.. as it is, I use my first finger for fire and the mousewheel so all this 'grip the mouse like this' stuff won't apply no matter how many grooves they make in the shape. Plus i'd be at a loss without the 2 thumb buttons on my mx510.
