WoW Cheat Details  by Craig D at 11:13

There's a nice little article on The Inquirer about cheats in WoW, giving details of two in particular. The bot that plays the game for you made me laugh anyway.

The bot cheat is a pretty sleek piece of software. My source says he payed $25 dollars for it. The basic idea behind it is this: you set way points and a few other parameters, and the program will take control of your character for you, running along the course you set up, killing monsters, skinning hides, looting bodies, and healing itself as necessary.

there were similar things in diablo2, bots that did runs on high lvl chars that dropped good items.

Bet they aint really bots, more likely chinese kids playing with your account by proxy and earning 50p an hour.

yeah, it's all well and good until you realise the cheat only runs in straight lines.. meaning you fall off cliffs, get killed by anything in your path.. or come back and it's had you running into a wall for the last 6 hrs.. sounds like a great cheat to me.
