1up.com has a batch of stills online today of the upcomming film Silent Hill, by all accounts this could be a game to movie conversation that actualy could work?

Screenwriter Roger Avary (Pulp Fiction, The Rules of Attraction) and director Christophe Gans (The Brotherhood of the Wolf) are both onboard for this creepy/horror fest and is due for release April of next year.

	i am excited about this actually Silent Hill always had story, and was very scary and creepy to boot. Hopefully they don't tone down the disturbing nature of the series for cinema. Resident Evil was about gore and zombies, silent hill has always been one messed up universe

	well at least it isnt directed by uwe boll or the retard who done mortal kombat and avp, so we shall see, still chances are pretty high that it wil suck
