Call of Duty 2 Demo Incoming!  by Shane L at 20:57

Exciting news today, the Call of Duty 2 demo is expected in the next few hours according to Voodoo Extreme. Great! who care's about Day of Defeat Source now as I certainly dont. Bring it on!!

The demo is now available via Filefront 3DGamers

well the demo will blow you away if you have a shit hot rig... pitty the mission only takes 10mins to complete on veteran :/

lots of cool stuff though... destroyable crates.. propper smoke grenades... and almost perfect weapon models... pitty they havent got the breathing just right in the crouching position but the aiming is much more realistic than BF2 and CoD (i.e. propper breathing movements)

Totally shit hot demo, runs real nice and basically same as the original with a lot better graphics, shame the demo is a tad short though.

I hated it, it's just the same as COD 1 in single player, IE. you sit at a position and shoot a few guys then move on to the next position.. it's nearly impossible to die if you take cover for a few seconds you're fine again. There's no sense of it being dangerous as you can go afk and let the teammates shoot the people that keep respawning for about 30 mins and then just move on.

Multiplayer might be ok though
