PS3 Information

The PlayStation 3 will be (hopefully) powered by a 'NEW' Super-chip (the codename for this so-called 'Superchip', is 'CELL')

The 'CELL' CPU is ridiculousy powerfull ,more than us lowly folks can realise!

'Quote' "The 'CELL' will power Pc's, and new Tv's that have computer tech in them"

The new storage system for games seems 'Very wierd; it will utilises Blu-Ray Tech ( look it up, i had to!,) but wot it basically is, is a DVD that can hold 5x more than a normal DVD,Hmmmm paper dvd's)

The Ps3 WILL come in 2 versions :-
A: A stripped down gamers version , that plays PS3 Games+Movies,

B: A more ADVANCED model, that has added functions,(i.e HD+the capability to use it as a HUB)

The PSP( the awesome looking hand-held Portable fooker),will be able to Jack into the PS3, linkin it @wirelessly, whilst sharing its power , sweet),

The best estimate date for the PS3 is 2006, this being according to sony the ps2 is "Only halfway thorough it lifespan"

WHEN,IF, the Ps3 is released in 2006, the confirmed games are as follows:-

Metal gear solid 4, Gran turismo 5 +GTA-Online
