Blizzplanet recently had chance to sit down and conduct a question and answer session with Flagship Studios CEO Bill Roper.

Amongst things they had a chance to talk about include character customization, the game interface, the Quest System, combat modes and possible Mac & Linux support. Hellgate London is due for release soon on the PC.
