Hip Interactive Europe today said that it would continue business as usual despite yesterdays bankruptcy of it's North American division, Hip Interactive Corp.
That means that the companies upcoming release schedule will continue as planned, in Europe at least. I'm not entirely sure what it means for distribution in North America.

The firm's 2006 line-up of titles includes George A Romero's City of the Dead, Ghost Wars and Call of Cthulu: Destiny's End, all of which the firm says remain on track for release as planned.
