Ubisoft have released the version 1.03 patch of Splinter Cell: Chaos Theory. You can grab one of the various versions at Shacknews and 3dGamers of course. It seems to be just multiplayer issues that have ben fixed, but I understand there are still a lot of said issues to fix.
