Stargate:Source, bites the dust by Craig D at 12:21

It seems MGM have done what to be honest I would expect, and ordered the makers of the Stargate: Source mod to cease and desist.

We are very displeased to announce that apparently MGM the huge company feels very threatened by a group of individuals spread throughout the world. We have received a letter to desist from the creation of the Stargate: Source mod. At this time we are still discussing the issue but it does appear that we are going to be shutting down.

Let's be perfectly honest, they chose a bad subject for their mod considering that an official Stargate SG1 game is due shortly. I really don't blame MGM at all.

	They were a bit silly calling it Stargate tbh. They should have called it 'Stargoat'. and to travel to other worlds you had to pass through the giant rotating anus of a goat.
