ok after 2 months of waiting for my gf 6 6800 ultra to come i got fed up and orderd a GT. It came 2day, put card into slot etc went to turn on pc and all i get it a loud BEEEEEPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPP.
any got an idea? could it b my bios settings or summit?

Does it require the extra Power Connector like my Radeon Pro does? if so make sure its connected.
If thats ok I suggest pulling it back out and re-inserting it. If that makes no difference I suggest sticking your old card back in and booting to make sure it deffo is the gfx card, you might have knocked something else out.

yea i put the gf2mx back and works fine
also tried on downstairs pc and same beep

So, you have plugged in the extra power connector yes?
If you ahve and it's still shagged, get it sent back.
I used to have a handle on life, but it broke.
