Its a smart phone... there are loads

It's a phone that's way behind modern phones. Nothing new here. Crappy notification system from the original iphone still in place. Low res camera by todays standards, still no widgets for information. Some new bullshit marketing about a high res screen that has existed on other phones previously. Some more bullshit about the A4 chip that they "created" which is also the same chip used in the new samsung phones (except the Iphone one has been underclocked by apple so it's actually slower)


Android is leaps and bounds ahead now.

Also, I love how Apple somehow get away with bypassing the new EU laws on a standardised mini-usb charging / connection port that has to be included on all phones.

So the new iphone is out, along with the complaints that if you touch it it drops all calls and data. Good work apple on making the antenna external and shorted by touching it !

turns out i cant get one cos it will cost me like 300quid, im gonna wait untill they bring out the next one lol happy with the software update tho, finally multitasking

I'd tell Steve Jobs to go **** himself if I'd just bought a new phone and couldn't even use it. Then again iPhone fanboys have been used to being told what they can and can't do. "You don't need copy and paste or multitasking" ... They'll just lap it up and hold it differently like he says.

That or they'll buy the official apple iPhone 4 case, which is the first case apple have made for their phones and just so happens to wrap around the antenna on the new phone and stop it contacting your skin - letting you make calls. The nice bit of rubber will only cost you £25 !

I have mixed feelings about it but in truth I am erring towards the Motorola Droid X or I will wait for Samsung to release the Galaxy S but with some form of camera Flash. TBH I really want my next phone to have a knob our Video recorder and a large decent screen .

Yeah those look nice Spit, it's probably worth waiting for Windows 7 Series phones to come out in October though to see how that OS is as well. The Xbox live integration and Microsoft having high phone requirements for the minimum specs make it look quite good too.

Yep Mid - there is lovely LG phone with an Atom processor in it or "init" if your from South London . Xbox integration is less of an issue for me because I don't have one :-)

I don't use an Xbox either but the Zune and gaming stuff combined with their nice looking OS makes it look worth waiting for.
