How does apple get to patent some of this stuff ? Most of it is covered by so many devices already

The bottom of the post is some of the stuff they've claimed. I hope google / HTC and anyone else counter sue them 'cause it's ridiculous the amount of BS they get away with trying to protect their Toyphone.

Apple are massive patent trolls, partly just to protect themselves from daft law suits it has to be said, but they have started with the daft lawsuits themselves recently.
