I´ve given up on being on a diet.. you should too! I´ve decided that if I stop eating the occasional chocolate item, then I`ll be unhappy.. and no one wants to be unhappy.. so I´m not giving up, I´m simply going to go for a run once a week! I think that, plus the exercise I already do, will allow me have a cookie!
