Anyone here an expert with mailmerge in word using an excel database ? I know how it all works but I'm trying to pull different things from the database into a letter.

I've got it all working like it should for the address block and greeting etc etc. It's basically a database of employee's that are nominated for an award. The letter has to go to the company and the director, this works fine. I then need to select a list of employees that have been nominated from that company and list them in the middle of the letter. I can get it to list one employee only and it just repeats that same person in the list for that company.

Am I making sense ? I hope so...anyone know what I'm doing wrong or how to make it jump to the next person.

Sorta makes sense, I bet there are a few reasons why you're having issue, will give you a shout early next week if I have time to take a look.

Alright, cheers Never had a need to use mailmerge for 'advanced' stuff like this before so I'm not sure where I'm going wrong with it.
