The Shaolin Monks amaze me with their dedication and skill Some of the video's of them training are insane. I saw one who had been working on his jaw strength (not entirely sure why!) and was picking up tables with his mouth haha. The kids are just as insane as the adults too.

This video is crazy.. I mean that stick on the head not breaking.. their strength in their stomachs when the guy is filling the water.. and the way they sleep at the end. Insane body strength

Hell, the O'l lady used to hit me with a stick an make me sleep like that when I came home all pissed up !

What puts thing into perspective is how other Kung Fu protagonists get their asses kicked by Karate fighters Drunken masters ?
