Not sure if this is too much to ask but when i want to put an image on the site i have to first put it on my site, then make the link. Couldn't you just make a button that uploads the photo by browsing like so many other forums?
Sure it'll take up space on your domain but it would be so much easier, even if the photo was there for say a month?

Do you mean images to post in forum threads ? If so I think Mani said he wants to leave that out because it makes forum posts easier to read and I have to agree there. It's annoying when people have huge sigs and you have to scroll around to read what they've actually typed.

giving everyone a couple of meg to post images might be worth a shot. Takes a lot of time and effort to sort something like that out and make it work though, got bigger fish to fry right now.
