Man Utd 1998-1999

Liverpool mid 80's

Forest late 70's

Leeds early 70's

Busby babes of the 50's

I would still have to go with united 98-99 considering they did the treble.

If arsenal woulda done champ leagues aswell as league i would of said them.

It isn't the end of the season. If Arsenal can go the whole season unbeaten then they should be in this question. Not until then.

It's an impossible question to answer.

Certainly in the seventies there were a lot of very, very good teams about and competition was fierce, this makes that Leeds team the front runners in my opinion. Liverpool, Manu U, Derby, Spurs and Arsenal all had superb teams at the time.

As for Arsenal this year, they have been truly amazing in the league, but they haven't had a lot of competition, both Man U and Chelsea have been inconsistent.

However, should they actually go the full season without losing, they will deservedly go down as on of the best teams ever in the English league.
