Who Do I Send Screens of Padders to?

I think you would need to email to EA directly, im sure they get hundreds of emails a day about this type of thing so dont expect a reply.

Good to see people prepared to do something about padding though.

You can also try sending it to the servers admins, they may ban the players from there servers. (dame cheats)
