Dunno if any of you lot have noticed but steam is having a sale for the next 5 days. There's different games on sale every 5 days too.

I'm tempted by the THQ pack which has about 15 games for £26.99. Liam said he bought KOTOR for £1.75 or something too, so it's worth checking out.

Aye, saw it, very tempted with the THQ pack myself, just for Company of Heroes and Dawn of War II

Of course the only problem now is that I don't know what to play first.

Never did play Company of Heroes before, so it's that or DoW II

Seems the complete BF2 collection is on sale today for £7.49, another bargain is you don't already have it.

Pretty sure you don't need the disks in the drive any more for BF2, they removed the disk check in last patch I think

I'm tempted by the BF2 deal, not just for not having to find the disks - but for the fact you don't have to reinstall steam games after a format. You just launch them again and go. No more patching and installing everything, I can just leave steam dumped on my other drive and not worry about it.

Direct 2 Drive are now also on the Christmas holiday sales bandwagon,

Today is SF IV and there's also a competition to win games that are show in the Christmas ornament.
