New series of threads. Tell me what you think about an upcoming game please. Today it's: Test Drive UnlimitedBeen reading about this while working on the site..sounds quite cool concept actually, even though i dont normally like driving games. PC aswell as Xbox 360. Really like the sound of just cruising around and upgrading my car then racing all you fools and laughing at your hunk of junk on vent! What do you guys think?

September 2006 is the most accurate date we have so far. All gameSlave game profiles that have been updated to the new style should have current release dates at the top of the page.
Looking at the screenshot gallery looks like the devs are cramming loads into this game, right down from the house/garage you own to the outfit you wear.
Not quite sure how it will play out atm, but imagine a game where you could own real estate with size and garagespace proportional to the price. Then imagine if you could pop the lotus out of the garage and drive down the road past your mate's house, see him turning him out of the drive and have an impromptu race. Not quite what they're aiming for I think but there's some possibility for a very cool game here.
Assuming the handling of cars is good ofc..gotta get the foundations right first.
