I was installing DoW agai tody and found i was missing my keycode so i used a friends.
It got me thinking, the latest tomb raider game does not use them. if you whant a dodgy copy you generaly get a .ifo frile or its writen on the CD/DVD in pen. so what the point? whey do they eveb bother anymore.
I can play DoW online/ network with the same code as the other people I play with.
maybe once it worked but not today... or does it?

erm i think you'll find its only certain games that have the cdkey authorization
mainly the big multiplayer games
games like dawn of war dont realy need the cdkey for online play because "supposedly" you cant play without the original cd etc..
Fast is fine, but accuracy is everything.
