it was the biggest selling console ever in japan, and imo still one of the best  . has more of a cult following now with the ability to hook it up to a network and code stuff for it.

Still have mine in the cupboard. Ooh, now that would be sweet - even though I still play my Jap machine. Although haven't played it for a while - still trying to get through Icaruga. Had a period of bidding for the ultimate DC games on ebay (Japanese versions) and managed to get everything i wanted: Space Channel 1&2 Icaruga Rez : ) Still haven't finished Shenmue 2, but i will one day.
