No it doesn't at all maz, there's no rumble in any games that don't support it. It just has a resist as the motor tries to auto centre the joystick (unless your fingers aren't around the stick in which case you can move it anywhere)
AFAIK DC / 1942 didn't support FF either, or at least my stick never did.

hmm i cant remember how i made mine rumble in 1942 :/
i know it did because my m8 used to take the piss outa me for it
