Thanks to one of our regular readers for sending this in.

Don't know if you guys know because I've been looking for any current news on the server problems with World of Warcraft and couldn't find any.

The problems seem to me (as a gamer) far from resolved. We are still
constantly getting disconnected from the servers and are unable to log
back in for hours at a time. It is getting beyond a joke and I am about
to terminate my account with them. Although it is a great game I am
tired of the continual problems and lack of information available to
Blizzards customers. Considering how many new customers Blizzard are
always boasting about having, is it too much to ask that they provide a
decent service? It's not like they can't afford the equipment and/or
staff, I'm paying £8.99 a month to play a flawed product (and multiply
that by however many million subscribers they have, they're rolling in it).

There is noone to voice our complaints to at Blizzard either. I tried to
fill in a recent online customer satisfaction survey for them but the
link didn't work and when I tried it again later the survey was closed.
Perhaps they didn't want to know what their customers thought of their
very poor service.

It frustrated me that noone seems to be reporting on what a joke this
really is.

sometimes i have problems with my uncle kaesebrötchen, too. e.g. when i let his loved little roborowsky dwarfhamster escape under his sofa (that can be wrenched to a bed) where i sometimes sleep... hihi kaesebrötchen that was funny wasn't it?
