Lucky I didn't say 60% were faulty then. No matter how much you whine about it mate, the fact still remains that I had 3 **** up on me. 50/60% of the people I know from _here_ had a faulty 360 and most people I know who had to send one back to be repaired, had another faulty one returned to them. As long as there's a years warrenty on it, they can send out whatever shit they want... and they have done exactly that. I really don't give a toss what the law is, they done it and because of all the complaints, they were on Watchdog for it.

Sent - my ref to the CLK was on running cost not performance . BTW do you look after IPT / VoIP , we might be able to have an interesting conversation on that subject.

yeah cisco VOIP phone systems run on a seperate Vlan but same network as the data network the same phone as in 24 and spooks i just had to have them

LOL Sent if you want info on IP / SIP trunking - I am your man , thats what I do for a living for Verizon Business . Cisco is a good platform , quite pricey as a stand alone gateway but the only platform to go for if your looking at multiple site , especially if those sites are global.
