City of God was the Orlando/Neeson etc 'historical'? Ridley Scott nay?

If so, saw it, loved it, thought it rocked hard!

no it wasnt tevilspek, it was based on a true story about the slums in brazil. Go look on imdb for info about it. But one of the most moving best directed best acted films i have seen in ages, is stunning in nearly every way.

Oh, the Patrick Swayze.. (?) film? Made quite a long time ago?
Yeah, I know that one. It's intense and beautiful.

I spent 6 months living in India. Is the same sort of hell hole there too. Could easily be adapted.

Should get that film out again and have another watch.

... or am I way off again? hahaha. If so, check that one out too

Is a great film. Can't think of the name, but thought that was City of God.. will go have a look, like, somewhere. Actually nah can't be bothered. Patrick Swayze or wtf ever, in a movie set in Kulkutta or wtf ever. Good watch. Old though. Like a decade or more probably.
