Speaking of "bad films wot a director made",perhaps it's worth mentioning that The Day After Tomorrow has the same director who created the following beauties: Godzilla Independence Day Universal Soldier(Although, I actually like Independence Day )

Godzilla was not that bad, bit corny, but still ok,(i gotta say it was ok, i bought the DVD,lol)
Independence Day was gud, Apart from the " 2day we celebrate our independence day" , speech
I aint got NOWT 2 say on Universal Shitener
Talking of crappy directors though, look at the shite Peter Jackson did! (Bad Taste Springs to mind) then he go's and does LOTR-Trilogy, TRULY AMAZING! ( Although i still say he looks like a Hobbit himself,
Mi Brother met him in Paris, and sed "he is an actuall hobbit"
Damn, mi bak looks bulky on mi avatar, lol

i'm gonna go see Van Helsing but I got a horrible feeling it's going to be absolute trash. Looking forward to Day after tomorrow, looks cool. Wasn't a big fan of Sipderman. The CGI just looked too well ... CGI Harry Potter can get ****ed! AVP... rah bring it on! But lets hope it's better than the multiplayer

Troy was a bit of a disappointment to me, nice action and stuff but the part where its all about the horse of troy is like done in 10 seconds, kinda ruins the purpose of the movie, its all chop chop hack hack and little story. Some pieces of the movie just take waaaaay to long. I expected more of that movie. Nice to know we got some movies to look forward to, The Mask 2, and Blade Trinity (3) \o/ so more greenmaskmadness and more vampire action, ownage

Spiderman 2 Review Peter Parker continues to struggle to balance his regular life with his life as Spider-Man. He misses class and is chewed out by his professor. He has even alienated his friends. But worse of all,he is about to forever lose the love of his life. She is engaged to marry, despite the fact that she still has feelings for Peter.
Just as Peter is at his lowest point, his powers start to sputter on and off. He takes it as a sign that he should quit being SpiderMan, so he does.
Unfortunately, a new menace is unleashed on New York City, Doc Ock!. Can SpiderMan stop him? And what will happen to SpiderMan?
What Worked: If you liked Spider-Man, you're going to love Spider-Man 2. It's a better movie in almost every way and it builds on everything that made the first film great while fixing all of its weaknesses.
The film continues to display a great sense of humor that lets you know it never takes itself too seriously. Peter Parker continues to be the everyday-loser and he is the butt of many jokes.
He is ignored, abused, and generally picked on to the great amusement of the audience. But Peter isn't the only one generating comedy. There's another scene where Hal Sparks, (in a cameo role) gets in an elevator with Spider-Man.
Tobey Maguire continues to be great as Peter Parker and as Spider-Man. He's excellent as either the hapless Parker ,or in action as Spidey.
The action in this sequel is also turned up to 11. There are three really big battles between Ock and Spidey, the most impressive of which takes place on a clock tower and on an elevated train.
What Didn't Work: This was an excellent sequel, so there's almost nothing that didn't work .
It also seems that everybody and their dog discovers that Peter Parker is Spider-Man in this film. In the comics, it was always a big deal when Peter's secret identity was compromised.
The Bottom Line: Spider-Man 2 is one of the best comic movies ever made. It's a must-see on the big screen. You'll need to see it with a big audience to fully appreciate it. It's one of the best bets of the summer movies and well worth checking out.
