lol 'another feel good movie'

Sequels are so crap, never as good as the first, appart from Terminator 2 which is actually one of the greatest movies ever made.

Anyway, the whole point of ET was a boy making friends with an alien etc they wont be able to find a decent storyline for a sequel with adults.

This is true, If you hate sequels, don't go to see them! Hollywood will soon get the picture. Well, after they've blamed dropping sales on piracy fo 5 years they might.

If Spielberg makes it im sure it will be good, although ET coming back to save a family from extinction doesnt sound like the best of plots, hopfully thats under consideration to be changed .
