Uma Thurman is a good actress as well as being rather hot, so I thiunk she's has to be number 1 in both your lists.

i was trying not to post, cos tbh adam sandler, ben stiller good actors WTF ?> ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ?? ? Also chris tucker aint a good actor, his idea of acting is the louder he shouts the funnier he gets ? Although it is favourite actors not good ones, but still get some taste people !!!  My head has just exploded so i will do my fave actors and actress's when i glue it back together again.

I dont really have 5 fave female actresses but here are a couple i like
Uma Thurman
Julia Roberts
Sigourny Weaver [For the alien films]
Nat portman [for leon and gardenstate]
Ziyi Zhang [Hero, House of flying daggers]

Right you not seen Closer or Erin Brockovich then, and i agree most of her films are tripe. But defo not a bad actress at all. Only film i liked jennifer lopez in was out of sight before she became a diva and only played herself  I do have to ask what film with julia roberts in are you refering to ? I am also quite partial to Mary McDonnell [the mother in donnie darko and president in BSG]

Al Pacino, he plays such a good bad guy.
Brad Pit, Twelve Monkeys and Fight Club were very well acted in particular.
