Hi i am building a pc for my m8 [well my old pc]
He wants a adsl modem [pci]
Where is the cheapest place to order one of these.
I found one on scan for about 12 quid but i aint a fan of there customer service.

I'd force him to get an ADSL router, you don't need a siftware firewall then.
I used to have a handle on life, but it broke.

Yes he doesnt want one, i tried to explain this to him about how much more secure it would be. He is going to use it for his buisness but only for things like creating menu's etc [he owns a chipshop near me].
He is buying my old p800 that i was going to turn into a server but never felt well enough to be arsed.
How much for a router with a hardware firewall and 2 or more lan connections ?

sounds about right (PCWORLD is about 60 quid)
