I know this is a longshot, but does anyone have a cheap laptop they're looking to get rid of ? By cheap I mean anything that will run a web browser on a 15" or so screen and isn't falling to bits  I'm looking for a really cheap one that no-one wants anymore that'll be able to be messed with, 256mb of RAM or something equally bad will do just fine too ! Anyone ?

nope sorry, only have Mac laptops and our oldest one is still doing fine.
What you need it for anyway?
I used to have a handle on life, but it broke.

I wanted to mess with it to follow some guide I saw of turning one into a digital photoframe using a program to display pics as a screensaver from a folder that can be added to via wifi, and display websites etc when needed Sounds shit but looks good when you see the end project framed.
