Hi All,
I have this laptop: http://h10010.www1.hp.com/wwpc/uk/en/ho/WF13a/321957-321957-3329742-89318-89318-3768171.html
And I'm fed up of it struggling with games like Empire at War, so I was wondering if anyone knows if it can be upgraded with a better graphics card?
Otherwise, can anyone sugguest either a PC which is good for gaming at a reasonable price, or where I should go to build my own? Apologies for the noob-like computer terms- I've always been more of a console gamer.
Cheers!

I just picked up a bargain on a gfx card. A 1 gig Sapphire 4870 for $200. Not sure how much they are going for over in the UK.

Building your own pc will give you a far better spec for usually cheaper than buying a pc from a store. So it'll probably help your budget if anything.

If you want bang for the buck try as Radeon HD4850 for gfx and maybe even one of the new Phenom II x3 CPU's on one of the mobo's that can unlock the 4th core.
You should be able to build a decent gaming PC quite cheaply.
