| Best 7200 2.5 laptop hard drive |

My mate is just about to buy a new laptop hard drive and wants to know what the best one is out there, he wants it to be 7200rpm and about 300 gig hd.
I am pretty much out of the game pc hardware wise, so thought I would ask on here.
As far as I am aware Western Digital and Seagate are still the best for the cash, he doesnt want to go nuts and buy anything like a laptop version of the raptor tho [if there is such a thing]
