£300 on a new graphics card, what would you recommend?

A 1GB 2900 ATI card or one of the nvidia 8800's?

Hunt about for a good value 8800 if you need one now

8800 GTX - your looking 280 - 350+

Fast is fine, but accuracy is everything.

Ended up getting a BFG 8800 GTX 768MB for £331 from Novatech.

LMFAO! Yeah, got my BFG t-shirt, fits quite nicely actually. More of a "wear round the house t-shirt", lol, then go out and be seen with it on, lol.
