So I sign up to 1 site with my home email and im getting bombarded with 50-80 emails a day now.

So do I delete my home email account and create a new one or is there actually a way to stop this ?

depends wheter or not the webmail has a block filter ..... either that or you have to configure outlook to delete all items from that address

We use a virus and spam filtering provided by www.postini.com
Works really well, not sure if it's available for home users tho.
