i brought a new harddrive the other day and put windows on it, and i accidently told windows it was a US keyboard and they keys r all ****ed up and its annoyin me. so is there any other way than reinstallin windows to get me keyboard and english one?

its in

my computer > control panel > Regional & language options

under the languages tab


click the Details button, then on the pop-up click the Add button to add uk keyboard, once its added click remove the us one and restart windows.

nah ralinn is more like a full low level format of the harddisks bios reset, and complete 3.1 install!

ha, dale i did exactly the same fing wiv this laptop... the only trouble with changing the control panel thing is that you have to do it for every user. ****ing " as @ gets on my tittes

I'm the other way round, i have a US keyboard and i use the UK setings. so the @ key on my board is above the 2.

I have a UK Keyboard but have US settings I still get highly confused as to whether is should be pressing the button with @ on it or the other one.
