how old is it? if its under a year then get it repalced as it should be under waranty.

if that fails its a costly trip to PC world.

I have sent it bak already once before, due to the crappy keyboard. by the time it reaches there, i do believe the warranty will expire anyway. It might be the drivers, because the PC Speakers volume controll is greyed out.

try the back-up disks (if you got any with it) they should have the drivers on.

you do realise even a pretty cheap pair of headphones will sound far better than laptop speakers.

if you do happen to have visitors thus dont want to use headphones, you could allways plug some portable speakers into the laptop.

I got headphones, which i occasionally use but whats the point in paying for some portable speakers, if there was some way of fixing the ones i got already?

Btw, unfortunately i culdnt find the driver disks, so if any1 else has any usefull suggestions, feel free to add to the convo.

Laptop speakers are shite, and unless u really want to let everyone else hear what your doing while ur mobile, you might as well buy a decent set of speakers.
