Quote: Midnight Ok - I've just bought a new PSU and stuff to see if it fixed the artifacting in my graphics card ( EVGA 7900 GT oc) but it hasn't. I've been reading up about artifacting on this card and it seems it's happening a hell of a lot for other people too - the only one that doesn't seem to be getting the problems is the KO version which apparantly has a better heatsink and stuff.
So .. I'm looking for a new card - PCI-e - either Nvidia or ATI - although at this point i'm leaning towards ATI more as i've never had problems with them in the past.
I don't need a top of the range card - just to be able to run WoW at 1680x1050 and a few other games such as BF2 etc. I know I could just buy a new heatsink for the graphics card and all that but I really can't be bothered with buying anyhting else in the "hope" of fixing it when I can just get a decent card that works well.
I don't have a hugely powerful PSU either - 430w so that limits it as well.
Any ideas ?
