It's more than likely your IE settings.

Change your browsing history settings to check for newer versions "Every time I visit a web page"

Dont use IE Ben it really is piss poor compaired to the new firefox, if you crash while using the new firefix it even remembers what pages you were viewing and loads then up next time u load firefox. Its just so much faster and more stable and secure.

EDIT: Stan you forgot to mention all the memory leaks.

I hear Firefox is quite buggy as well these days.

Difference seems to be that Mozilla patch Firefox much more often and it's therefore that bit more secure.

Aye it is more buggy and does certainly crash more than it use too craig, but I will still take it over IE every time, I love the feature that when it does crash it loads up all the pages you were viewing.

This isnt my PC and all my settings and stuff are saved on IE not FF (which is installed), I like to play with FF as well to make it how i want it and i cant be arsed to do it on here when its already done on my PC, which is in a box somewhere...

On the plus side what mani said seems to have worked . Dunno why it was set like that anyway! :S
