I like it One thing though, is it me or can you not see if there's comments on news that's been posted unless you actually click on the news ?

That's what the recent posts thing at the top of the right column is for, but the current index page is just a place-holder anyway

I knew you'd say that I did prefer it on the actual comments though as well, but I do like it showing latest posts as that's what I wished was there before. I liked when you had images on the news posts too before.

Really nice new design so far though

there's a new home page coming in about 30 mins, it's a mix of the old site and this new one and will do for a little while. Until it's get it's final overhaul.

There we go, there are style-sheet changes so u might need to refresh properly.

a coupple of small issues

you lost the javascript menu colapsing thing from the front page, i liked that.

if you edit a post with a in you get

{image}../images/smile.gif" width="15" height="15{/url} (but with [ not { )

and there is no content in the privicy page.

love the new look tho real flashy

The smileys stuff works ok for me? Anyone else having any issued with it?

And ta, I know about the privacy page, I've not finished writing it

Oh and yer, the collapsing isn;t really needed any more as we're only showing 10 full news stories and the rest as headlines only.

one other small thing, but its me nit picking again, on the news page the header for the comments box if diffrent from the post/edit message one in the forum, it looks the same as the images used for the buttons, so some idiot (not me honest) may get it confused with a button.

I like it, forum looks sleek although I feel home page looks naked....maybe thats just me.

Using IE6 the column on the front page which should be on the right is below the news.

gah, got no ie6 to test with either

Did that make any difference?

just checked ie6 on our dev server and it looks ok.

Hopefully that means my change fixed it.

A thousand times better than old design imo
