Development hasn't stopped, but most things that are being worked on will take some time.
Currently I'm re-writing the registration and user preferences system, this is so we can add private messaging, forum avatars and various other user things like profile, favourite games etc.
Avatars will be the next feature the become available, you will be allowed to upload your own, upto a maximum of 3, thye must however be valid web images, flash will not be allowed.
e.g. jpg, gif or png. Animated images are not allowed and they must be 100x100px, the site can resize and crop these for you if needs be.
I used to have a handle on life, but it broke.
