Changes to internal urls

I've made some quite major changes to the way internal urls work, hopefully all will be well, but please report any wierdness here.

The chnages are to help get better stats and to make it easier for search engine spiders to index the site.


I used to have a handle on life, but it broke.

Fast is fine, but accuracy is everything.

Never touched it, same thing Scrappy had yesterday, you had a chached style sheet.

Just set them up to check for newer versions on every visit
